THRIVE PHYSIOTHERAPY

Work With Us

Join a growing team of specialist physiotherapists making a real difference in the community.

Why Thrive?

We're building something different: a community physiotherapy service where therapists have the time, autonomy, and specialist focus to do their best work.

Community-based

No clinic. You work in people's homes, schools, and community settings, where therapy has the most impact and where you can see the real-life difference you're making.

Specialist caseload

We focus on neurodisability, neurological conditions, and complex needs. If that's your area of interest, this is a caseload you'll find rewarding.

Grow with us

Thrive is growing. Early team members will shape how we work, what we offer, and where we go next. This is a chance to help build something, not just fill a post.

Supportive team

Regular supervision, peer support, and access to specialist training. We invest in our therapists because that's what makes the service excellent.

Who we're looking for

Physiotherapists

We're always interested in hearing from physiotherapists who share our values, even if we don't have a specific vacancy advertised. If any of the following describes you, get in touch:

HCPC registered physiotherapist with experience in neurodisability, paediatrics, adult neurology, orthopaedics, or musculoskeletal practice
Experienced in sensory processing, or willing to develop expertise in this area
Experienced in community or home-visit work
Confident working independently while being part of a supportive team
Passionate about working with children and/or adults with complex needs
Experience with EHCP reports, medico-legal work, or case management is a bonus
Qualified or experienced in hydrotherapy and/or rebound therapy is a bonus

Occupational therapists

We hold contracts with schools and colleges that also require occupational therapy input. If any of the following describes you, get in touch:

HCPC registered occupational therapist
Experience working in schools or educational settings, or with neurodisability
Comfortable working as part of a multidisciplinary team around a child or young person
Experience with EHCP reports and statutory processes is a bonus
Confident working independently while being part of a supportive team

Therapy assistants

As we grow, we're also looking for therapy assistants to support our physiotherapists in delivering home and community-based programmes. Therapy assistants play a vital role, carrying out therapy programmes set by the physiotherapist, supporting children and adults during sessions, and helping maintain continuity of care between visits.

Experience implementing physiotherapy or occupational therapy programmes, or willing to learn
Experience working with children or adults with disabilities, complex needs, or neurological conditions
Background in care, support work, education, or health settings
Comfortable working in people's homes and community settings
Patient, reliable, and passionate about making a difference
Willing to undertake training in manual handling, sensory processing approaches, and specific therapy techniques
A relevant qualification (e.g. Level 3 in Health & Social Care, therapy assistant apprenticeship) is desirable but not essential. We value the right attitude and experience

Sports and massage therapists

We are building a network of qualified therapists we can refer clients to, and work alongside. If any of the following describes you, get in touch:

Qualified massage therapist with experience in holistic and sports massage
Membership of a recognised professional body and current professional insurance
Comfortable working with clients who have long-term conditions or complex needs
