We accept instructions from solicitors, case managers, local authority legal teams, deputies, and care home insurers. We work on both claimant and defendant instructions across personal injury, clinical negligence, SEND tribunal, Court of Protection, and family court proceedings.

Assessment

Conducted at the client's home or an agreed location. Paediatric and adult assessments available.

Report

Detailed, CPR Part 35 compliant report delivered within the agreed timescale.

Ongoing liaison

Progress updates and supplementary reports as required. Available for court attendance if needed.

For paediatric cases including birth injury, neurodisability, and SEND tribunal, we offer specialist expertise that most medico-legal physiotherapy providers do not. We also accept instructions for adult neurological, post-surgical, and complex rehabilitation cases.
