About our service
Do I need a GP referral?
No. You can refer yourself or a family member can arrange it on your behalf. We're happy to work alongside your GP and other professionals involved in your care.
What areas do you cover?
Home visits across Greenwich, Blackheath, Bexley, Bromley, Beckenham, Chislehurst, Lewisham, Dartford, and Kent. Wider areas by arrangement.
What qualifications do your physiotherapists have?
All physiotherapists are HCPC registered and members of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy. All staff undergo enhanced DBS checks.
Are you registered with insurance providers?
We're not currently registered with insurance panels, but we can provide receipts and documentation if you wish to claim reimbursement from your provider.
Your first appointment
What will my first session involve?
A thorough assessment to understand your condition and goals. We'll review your medical history, discuss current challenges, and agree a treatment plan.
How soon can you see me?
We aim to arrange initial assessments within a few days of your enquiry.
Will you bring equipment?
We work with what you have at home where possible and bring small therapeutic equipment if needed.

Can family members be present?
Yes. We encourage family involvement where appropriate. Family members can support exercise programmes between sessions.
Can you visit me in a care home?
Yes. We visit residents in nursing and residential care homes and also offer group exercise classes and staff training.
Costs and payment
How much does it cost?
For children's physiotherapy, see the fee table on our Children's Therapy page. For adult physiotherapy, see the fee table on our Adult Physiotherapy page. For organisations, schools, and medico-legal work, we provide a written quote based on your specific requirements.
When do I pay?
Individual sessions are invoiced after each appointment, payable by bank transfer. Block bookings and packages are invoiced in advance and must be paid before the first session in the block.
Cancellations
What if I need to cancel?
We require 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations may be charged at the full session rate. We understand that health conditions can be unpredictable. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change an appointment.
