Our approach is built around the universal, targeted, and specialist model. When you commission Thrive for specialist or targeted work, the benefits extend universally across your setting.
Universal
Whole-school support that benefits all pupils. Sensory processing approaches in the classroom, making PE accessible, physical environment recommendations, and staff training.
Targeted
Group-level support for pupils with identified needs. Therapy programmes for small groups, staff training on specific conditions, and support for pupils who need more than universal provision but don't have an EHCP.
Specialist
Individual physiotherapy for pupils with complex needs, typically those with EHCPs. Direct therapy, 24-hour postural management, specialist reports, and liaison with the multidisciplinary team.
