Thrive Physiotherapy provides professional physiotherapy services aimed at assessing, diagnosing, and treating musculoskeletal conditions, long-term neurological conditions, and developmental conditions within the adult and paediatric population. We have specialist skills in providing services to those with neurodisability, neurodivergent profiles, significant sensory processing needs, and complex medical needs.
Services include home-visit therapy, specialist infant massage, hydrotherapy and rebound therapy (at client or third-party settings), EHCP assessments and reports, expert witness and medico-legal reports, and moving and handling training for organisations.
All physiotherapists are registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and members of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) and the Association of Paediatric Chartered Physiotherapists (APCP).
Fees for all services are discussed and agreed in advance, before any commitment. You will receive written confirmation of the agreed fee before your first session or training date. All costs are subject to change; you will be notified of any changes in advance.
A current fee schedule is available on request. Fees may vary depending on the service, location, and whether the work is privately funded or commissioned through a local authority, case manager, or other body.
Block packages and ongoing discounts may be available for those with significant need — please ask during your initial conversation.
We offer home and community visits within a 30-minute radius of our base at no additional charge. For visits beyond this area, a travel supplement of £30 per additional 30 minutes applies.
Travel charges are agreed with you before booking.
Private clients: Payment is due in full on the day of the appointment. We accept bank transfer, credit/debit card, or cash. Where an invoice is issued, payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date.
Organisations and commissioning bodies: Invoices are issued on the first of each month. Payment is due within 30 days from the invoice date.
In the event of late payment, Thrive Physiotherapy reserves the right to apply statutory late payment interest and compensation under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
1:1 sessions (assessment, treatment, infant massage): A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged at the full session rate.
Training courses: A minimum of 5 working days' notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Courses cancelled with less than 5 working days' notice will be charged at the full course rate.
Reports: Once an assessment for a report has been completed, the report fee is due regardless of whether the report is subsequently required. Draft reports provided for comment do not constitute a final report.
We understand that circumstances change. If you need to reschedule, please get in touch as early as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Either party may end the service at any time by giving reasonable notice. Any outstanding fees for sessions already delivered or reports already commissioned will remain payable.
Where therapy is funded through an EHC plan, personal budget, or case management arrangement, the commissioning body or local authority will be notified of the discharge in writing.
