Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged at the full session rate.

We understand that health conditions can be unpredictable. Where exceptional circumstances arise, we will use discretion.
